CINECA , Italy - Project (Leader).
Founded in 1969 by Ministry of University and Research, is a no-profit Consortium for high performance computing and information processing formed by 40 Italian Universities out of the existing 80 in the Country and the National Research Council. It has been among the World TOP 50 supercomputing centres for the last 13 years. In particular, within the project proposal the Health Care Systems Department of CINECA (SISS) will be the main actor. It has been involved in health and biomedical research projects for over 20 years. Its main activities in the health and biomedical field include building centralized internet systems for:

• Clinical Trials and Epidemiological Registries
• Population Epidemiological Registries / Database
• Clinical Data Warehouse
• Biological Data Base
• Distance learning
University of Nairobi, Kenya.
Constituted in 1970, is the first public and the largest University in Kenya, one of the biggest in Africa with almost 45.000 students. It consists of six campus that host schools and faculties covering all the disciplines in High Education
. The main units operating under the umbrella of the College of Health Sciences are: Schools of Dental Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing Sciences, Institute of Tropical and Infectious Diseases (UNITID) and Centre for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Research.
University of Muhimbili, Tanzania
TanzaniaMUHAS formally came into existence as a fully fledged University in 2007. It is the only public University offering higher education training in the health sciences in the Tanzania. Its predecessor is the Muhimbili University College of Health Sciences (MUCHS) which was a Constituent College of the University of Dar es Salaam. MUCHS was established in July 1991 when the then Faculty of Medicine was upgraded to a College.
Makerere University, Uganda
Established in 1922 as a humble technical school, Makerere University is one of the oldest and pioneer Universities in Africa. It expanded to become a Center for Higher Education in East Africa in 1935. In 1937, the College started developing into an institution of higher education, offering post-school certificate courses. In 1949, it became a University College affiliated to the University College of London and in 1963 it became the University of East Africa.
Almalaurea, Italy
University consortium born in 1994 to create a national database of Italian graduate students, becoming a reference provider for National University Authorities (providing them complete, efficientand reliable documentation on the effectiveness and the quality of the university careers), for Italian and international Companies(supplying e-recruitment tools to search high qualified human resources),for  Graduates (promoting their widest and better placement, in Italy and abroad).
